This area of the web site is intended to be like a FORUM for the exchange of ideas of our junior members and apprentices.

A bulletin board or list-serve will be added in the near future

Junior Members may pose questions and the Guild will try to help with their questions either in the same space or by direct e-mail.

More information will be posted here soon regarding:

  • Apprenticeship
  • Schooling
  • Certification
  • How and where to look for employment
  • Working conditions in food establishments
  • Baking and pastry competitions and the preparation involved.
  • What are judges looking for in competitions?
  • How is the total score arrived at.
  • How to apply for a position, a competition, etc. etc.

These are just some of the questions that may arise. And the Guild will try to help and any and all of the members.

This is our Promise to you.

This may also be the place where junior members who attend Community Colleges may want to meet and maybe form junior branches in their college.

The possibilities are endless.
